Spinmacho's current terms reserve the right to divide wins above €/$10,000 into monthly instalments of up to €/$10,000. A large balance therefore needs a schedule that distinguishes the clause, account limits, approval timing and actual receipt.

Save the settled game or bet reference, resulting real-money balance, currency and transaction history. Ask whether the instalment rule applies to the total win, withdrawable balance or each request and how conversion is handled when the account is not in EUR or USD.
Check bonus maximum-win or cashout clauses separately. A promotional cap can change the eligible balance before the general instalment schedule begins. Obtain the written calculation rather than assuming every displayed win is payable cash.

Build an effective-dated schedule
Create one row per planned month with opening eligible balance, requested amount, account limit, approval date, processor reference and closing balance. Record the operator timezone and whether the month is calendar-based or rolling from the first payment.
